Private Pay Rate is $150 a session.

We accept most insurances. Depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it's possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to see what services are covered under your plan.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us and cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so may result in being billed for the full rate of the session.
